Herb of the Week/BF&C

Its been a few days since I have posted anything. Been pretty busy the last couple of days. Don't worry I haven't forgotten about you all.

Here is the herb of the week. Its called BF&C. This herb is a really great one. I can relate because I used this on my knee while serving in the military. Almost the number one problem with ex military and military is of course bad knee's.

One day my knee just decided to give out and was hurting really bad while rucking with such heavy weight all the time. I went to the medic of course to see what the deal was. His theory was that my cartilage under my kneecap perhaps was all worn away from carrying such heavy weight so much. His solution was either A. stop carrying so much weight (which I couldn't just stop doing) or B. just quit what I was doing at the time and move on to something else. Yeah right, like I would do either. So once I knew what the problem was I went out and ordered BF&C. I rubbed it on my knee about three times a day for 6 months. I haven't had a problem with my knee every since.

Herbs really do work. You just need to give them a try.
