Grocery List

I came across this while checking out some food info on the web.

How much do you spend a week on groceries and is it all junk food, a mix of healthy and junk or fruit and veg?
Are you wasting your money on needless things like soda, candy and pointless foods??

I think you guys might find this interesting. It will give you an idea of what people spend a week on food and how it differs from country to country. Check it out.

Here are some examples of what you are about to see. You might be surprised what the average family spends and on what. If some of your list looks like this its time to rethink.

United States: The Revis family of North Carolina (I hope most American families eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and less junk food than this family.)Food expenditure for one week $341.98

Mexico: The Casales family of Cuernavaca
Food expenditure for one week: 1,862.78 Mexican Pesos or $189.09. Note the profusion of fruits & vegetables.

Is it time to change your budget and grocery list???
