Ok so tonight I had a brown rice and bean burrito. Pretty simple to make and pretty filling. Great healthy substitute to beef and bean.
All I did was made some organic brown rice, warmed up some re-fried beans, chopped some lettuce, had some salsa already, grated some cheese and chopped some jalapenos. Next just warmed up a tortilla and put all those ingredients in, wrapped it up and ate. Sorry no picture tonight but it was pretty damn good. You should give it a try for a quick dinner and a filling one. I had two and that was good enough.
Just a dinner I wanted to share with you all tonight. Oh and my son loves it as well..Simple, easy and cheap.
