Health Tip

How much crap are you putting into your body? Is it time for a change? Its time to take charge of yourself and make it a goal just like you would with any other goal you want to accomplish.
Why is it that people can reach their goals in going to the university they have always wanted to go to or that dream job they always wanted but a "eating right" goal is just to hard to accomplish??

Something to think about and make it a goal!!!

Can I just say Owen, your blog is VERY inspiring! My mum would totally appreciate this blog as she loves healthy foods. There's a reason why none of us get ill really...or it doesn't stay very long. We were all brought up on fresh veg, whole grains, lentels etc...all good stuff and we're all healthy and energetic!

It's a pity that a lot of people do not have a clue what real healthy food is. But we've known what is good for us since the 1800s! ;)

I will be following your blog from now on...especially for when Stefan and I move out to Manchester and we'll be buying our own food. A great quality about Stefan is he buys quality at a good price...not just cheap cheap cheap as I used to do at University. lol.

Anyway, just thought I'd drop you a thank you note..and not to make your head any bigger of course ;P :)
