Food for thought....
So when looking at this picture do you really think this food is great for you?? (The date shown of purchase was 4/22/2010, date of picture 4/22/2012) If it last that long outside the body imagine how long it last inside your body and what the chemicals that can make this food last that long do to you.
What do you think? If you do eat it how much or how often should you eat or how much should you without it possibly doing damage??
My opinion don't eat at all. If you have to, eat very sparingly.
Thoughts????

I agree: don't eat it at all. If I feel like eating a burger, I'd rather purchase the meat (preferable grass-feed, no hormone meat that I get at Wholefoods) and make my burger at home; yes, it is expensive to get the right meat but in reality, health is our most precious asset.

I agree totally with you. If my wife and I feel like a burger we too go to wholefoods in London or a place called Gourmet Burger Kitchen. We would prefer to make our own though. I love wholefoods though. The one here is quite nice pretty much the same as the US ones. They are taking off here quite well. Our health is really important and like the engines in our cars we need to keep them fully clean so they can last forever and have the energy we need. Think the reason they used to live a lot longer during the bible times etc..its because they lived a healthy diet..only during the dark ages and after did all that change and people started living less. Enough for now though..talking to much. Thanks Di :)
