Juicing/Green Drinks

Morning all..

I started today with apple juice and some barley grass...This gives me more energy throughout the day but also gives me a sense of cleanliness. 


Green drinks are great for more energy, helping skin clear up, helping you stay sick free and the greens are highly alkalizing/alkalising. Here are some of the following green drinks you can choose from.

  • Wheat Grass
  • Barley Grass
  • Kamut Grass
  • Sprouted Alfalfa
  • Sprouted Soy
  • Watercress
I choose barely or wheat grass as they taste the best to me. I'm probably just used to it because I have been doing it for a few years now. I usually either throw it in a smoothie, some apple juice or just some water. 

My wife juices cucumbers and drinks them every morning..even throughout her pregnancies this is what she did. This is why my son Myles probably loves straight cucumber juice so much. haha

Its a great way to start your day so you will have that energy throughout the day.

Hey do you use a certain blender? Been wondering what is best out there.

I use an actual Juicer. That way it gets all the juice but leaves the stuff you don't need (pulp) My suggestion is invest in a juicer its the best thing. Look on Ebay or Amazon..you can find some great deals there. Any juicer will work but of course some are better than others. I have a Phillips juicer and it works great.
